Reclaiming the Republic
We hope you join the show and the effort in taking back our Constitution and Republic. We need Constitutional Warriors in every State to educate and petition our elected servants to protect us from Federal tyranny. There are several ways to help. To do this you only need to learn the few things that you did not learn in school about our Constitution and founding documents. Then you'll be ready to educate others.
Candidate Endorsements
The candidates listed below are committed to fulfil their oaths of office and citizenship to protect the Constitution from enemies both foreign and domestic and are ardent supporters of the Constitution. Because they are willing to stand up to Federal tyranny for their constituents this means they are standing up to Federal tyranny for all of us. Please let this sink in. These are those who are seeking public service to do something that has not been done since Thomas Jefferson and James Madison since October and December of 1798.

Why Endorsements Are Important And Not Lightly Given
To be clear only the men and women who are serving is the capacity as State Legislators possess the sovereignty over all roles, responsibilities, powers, and property not delegated to the general (i.e. Federal) government and are “the final arbiters” over the Constitution. According to Article III Section 2, the Supreme Courts jurisdiction along with the entire general government’s jurisdiction is limited to those powers delegated within the Constitution and Constitutionally ratified treaties by the Senate, and that is it. The only types of treaties that are Constitutional are those that directly tied to those roles, responsibilities, powers, and property enumerated in the Constitution; in other words just because the Senate ratified a treaty does not make it Constitutional legal. George Nicolas stated in the Virginia Ratification Debates that:
“The provision of the 6th article is, that this Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof, and all the treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land. They can, by this, make no treaty which shall be repugnant to the spirit of the Constitution, or inconsistent with the delegated powers”
Consequently, the treaty that joins the United States with the United Nations is unconstitutional, there is not power delegated to the general government with the Constitution or its amendments that allows the general government to subjugate the United States or any State for that matter to a foreign governing body.
With regard to jurisdiction and legal standing of the general government George Nicolas also stated in the Virginia Ratification Debates:
“Is the disputed right enumerated? If not, Congress cannot meddle with it.” James Madison also stated in 1788 in those same Debates: “the powers of the federal government are enumerated; it can only operate in certain cases; it has legislative powers on defined and limited objects, beyond which it cannot extend its jurisdiction.”
Consequently, for Reclaiming the Republic and G. R. Mobley to endorse a Candidate at any level they have to be the champion of full government transparency that all politicians even themselves must be fully accountable to their oath of office and demand that all resign or be removed by the people using Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment to immediately remove and ban for life any politician who fails to support the Constitution.

To get to the point where we have a State Legislature educated and engaged in forcing the general government into full compliance, we need all U.S. Citizens to get involved with Reclaiming the Republic in your counties by creating citizen vigilance organizations and we recommend you call this organization the unorganized militia of your county. See the “Take Action” page.
This is why it is paramount that we elect public servants to demand they fully comply to the Constitution or be removed for violating their oath of office. See the “Petition” page. The only way self-government can work is if we the people begin to hold our local public servants accountable to their oath by using the First Amendment Right of Petition for the redress of grievances to hold each politician accountable to their oath of office. This way our State Legislatures can force the general government into full compliance with the Constitution by using the process Republic Review and this is why we are asking that you support all the following Constitutional Warriors who are candidates fighting for all of America and our Constitution.
This is why for almost two years we have laid out an academic argument as to how to organize your county and state with citizen vigilance unorganized militia’s, using First Amendment petitions for the redress of grievances aimed at your County legislators holding them accountable and removing them by using the election cycle. This is a simple two year strategy that works because we have done focused efforts using the importance of the oath and constitutional compliance to remove incumbents in the 2020 election. This campaign will work because the majority of the citizens living in red counties and red states want all their public servants to fulfill their oath of office by fully supporting the Constitution. It’s that simple!
Federal Candidate Endorsements
We/I seldom endorse federal candidates, though we want all candidates to commit to their oath, and their support to the Constitution, it has been our experience that not one federal Congressional Candidate has ever exhibited the level of knowledge on the Constitution and the Constitutional Crisis we have been facing for over a century; therefore, we have not been moved to “endorse” any Congressional candidates in past elections.
Keep in mind we may like some conservative federal candidates because they seem to get most things right, not one are worthy of our endorsement at this time, this includes the beloved Ted Cruz (TX), Rand Paul (TN), Mike Lee (UT), etc… or any other Congressional member you care to think of. We cover this on the Reclaiming the Republic radio show; however, if a person running for federal office wants our endorsement, they have to take our Constitutional Test. To be clear, if florists and pet groomers have to comply to standards to operate professionally – that have been established by law makers, then why don’t we demand our law makers comply to the standards of the Constitution? Well the only way one can know if they are capable of compliance to the Constitution is if they can pass a test on Constitutional facts to prove they know and understand the Constitution.
